Christian Education happens throughout the week, but it's always happening on Sunday mornings. We value a mix of age-specific and intergenerational offerings, and seek conversations that matter about our faith in our daily lives.

All are welcome to come for the first time, try a new class or attend occasionally. Sunday's Christian Education offerings are at 9:30 am.

Youth and Older Adult ministries

With dynamic middle and high schoolers, Stone's youth ministry is exciting, and we celebrate our connections with Juniata and other college students.

Our older adults are thriving as well, those who have been part of Stone Church for decades, and those recent arrivals who came to Huntingdon for Westminster Woods or to retire near family. Check our calendar for the monthly Older Adult Ministries Lunch and more activities.
Fall 2017 Sunday morning offerings:
  • Early childhood – Jeannie Lashlee. Meets in Nursery.
  • Ferociously Fluffy Llamacats (4th-7th Grades) – Pam Grugan: Journeys with Jesus, reading Mark.  Meet in John Naas/Room 206.
  • Youth Grades 8th-11th – Rick Laabs: NYC Theme: Bound together/clothed in Christ. Meet in the Youth Room on the top floor
  • Young adults (High School Seniors/College) – Emily Elder: short film discussions.  Meet in the Quilt Room.
  • Sojourners – Laura White: book discussion “Reading the Bible After Christendom” by Lloyd Pietersen.  Meets in Room 203.
  • Fellowship Class – Bruce Lidston: Biblical Studies “Covenants with God.”  Meets in Room 201.
